Dr. Liu earned his doctoral degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Liu is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at University of 德州 Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, 德州. He is board certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery.
